Giving?

A ‘big’ small step is to give. If you have 1 or 100 or 1000 people in your group you are the leader. You must GIVE encouragement, inspiration and example. They will do what you do NOT what you say.

The hand that GIVES, is the hand that GATHERS. Give because you love it not because you have to.
