How big is one small step?

How big is one small step? I'm not talking about a giant step, a leap or some kind or a jump. I'm not thinking about the large steps you take on a stepladder. I'm talking about small steps, the kind of steps you take when you’re walking.

The steps to greatness, the steps to the top in network marketing, are not giant bold leaps, they are small simple steps such as making that follow-up call, handing out a CD, getting someone on a 3way call or a conference call.

The steps to greatness are small steps, consistent steps, everyday, everyday, everyday.
