Getting started

How do I get someone started with the right steps?
Coach them to start by doing what's necessary, make a list of everybody, everybody, everybody they know.
Then help them do what’s possible – get the right tool to everyone on their list.
Then help them with 3way calls and before long they will be doing what they thought was impossible.
