"I don't have the money to start" - If they walked out of a meeting and found all 4 tires slashed on their car somehow, somehow they would find the money for 4 new tires.

Everyone has a ‘reason’
"I don't have time" - Sounds real? If you told them that there was a million dollars buried in their back yard. They would let their digging efforts interfere with other things that they are currently BUSY with.
