Never underestimate the impact of every step you take no matter how small or insignifigant it may seem at the time. This philosophy worked for me and it will work for you. You have my best wishes on every small step you take in your journey to the TOP of your mountain.

So it's easy?
Is every Small Step an EASY step? I never said that the Small Steps to the Top would be easy steps.
Sometimes it takes uncommon courage to approach someone you admire. “Bob/Sally I would like your opinion on this business, would you mind listening to it and let me know what you think”.

Vision?
It’s almost 2011. What is your vision for your organization for 2011?

Just one question.
Ask yourself just one question.

No quantum leaps!
Success is not instantaneous, failure is not immediate.
Superman may leap tall buildings in a single leap but here on earth we have to assume the elevator is broken and take one step at a time to the top. No quantum leaps.
